The editorial Herald developed in 2022 starring the character “ Eddie T Herald” , delves into the concept of a curious anthropomorphized newspaper engaging with a printing press  with a buster Keaton style slapstick theme. This project was  to explore fundamental animated movements such as stretching, pulling, anticipation, and arcs. The objective of this endeavor was to craft an engaging design that could be animated efficiently and swiftly, with Eddie's body shape drawing inspiration from a flower sack. 

This choice is rooted in the flower sack's bottom lid weight, which offers a basis for realistic movement. Moreover, Eddie's design is influenced by various sources, including Monty Python's news reporter character,  the CMYK color palette,  sis and news messenger pigeons historically used for information dissemination. These inspirations manifest in Eddie's physical attributes, characterized by large hands and an elongated nose symbolizing  his little nosy personality Eddie always knows what's happening because he always has his nose in it.
